Resourceinn is an all-in-one HR platform used by growing businesses to manage employees, attendance, leaves, and workflows. The goal was to make everything feel simple, smooth, and useful — even when the tasks are complex.
The new design changed everything.
Our HR teams are working faster, and new employees learn the system in minutes. It finally feels built for real people.
Challenge
The old design had a lot of features, but it didn’t feel easy to use.
Hard to find important actions quickly
Mobile experience was confusing
New users got lost in the system
The design didn’t feel modern or organized
Approach
Make it easy for teams to use, every day.
Designed clean layouts that show the right info at the right time
Focused on the full employee journey — not just tasks
Used one design system to keep everything consistent
Made sure it works great on desktop and mobile

Studied how people use the platform in real life
Designed smart dashboards for different roles
Created all screens in Figma with reusable design components
Tested layouts for fast navigation and clean visuals
Figma – Full UI/UX system, wireframes, and responsive design setup
