Introduction
Fork is a modern web and mobile app for booking restaurant meals and ordering tiffins — whether it’s a one-time lunch or a full meal plan. This project was about designing a user experience that feels fast, personal, and completely stress-free.
This design brought real structure to our business.
Customers are ordering faster, and our team finally has a clear view of all orders. It’s easy, smooth, and scalable.

Challenge
The idea was solid, but the experience didn’t flow smoothly. Users had to guess too much, and restaurants struggled to manage orders clearly.
Ordering and booking options were mixed and confusing
Meal plans weren’t easy to browse or customize
Users didn’t feel in control of deliveries and pickups
Restaurant-side dashboard lacked clarity on order stages


Approach
Create two clean experiences — one for users, one for restaurants.
Designed a calm, intuitive flow for users to order meals with just a few taps
Created restaurant dashboards to clearly track pending, in-progress, and completed orders
Focused on mobile-first layouts to support on-the-go ordering
Included features like prime menus and flexible delivery options

Process
Built every part of the system around real food ordering habits.
Mapped out the full customer journey from browse to booking
Designed user flows in Figma with clear CTAs and visual structure
Prototyped restaurant tools for fast updates and status checks
Tested for speed, clarity, and everyday ease-of-use
