ECO4 CRM
Lead Management That Gets Work Done. Turning delays and confusion into a streamlined, automated workflow
UI UX Design
CRM
Introduction
This project was built for a home insulation company working with the UK’s ECO4 scheme. They needed a system that could manage leads, track documents, and support installers — without delays or missed submissions.
The process is finally under control
The new CRM cut down our submission time and made everyone’s role easier to manage. Everything’s where it should be.

Challenge
The existing process was disjointed. Teams were juggling multiple tools, missing deadlines, and struggling with document management.
Lead data was scattered across spreadsheets and chats
Installers submitted files in unorganized ways
Document checks caused unnecessary delays
The team had no clear view of pipeline progress

Approach
Build a centralized, trackable CRM experience with real structure.
Designed role-based dashboards so everyone sees what matters to them
Automated document checks to speed up approvals
Streamlined lead-to-installation flow for faster execution
Focused on clarity and simplicity to reduce training time

Process
Designed and mapped the entire journey from first lead to final submission.
Interviewed teams to understand where delays happen
Designed smart sections for lead intake, document uploads, and task progress
Created automation triggers to reduce back-and-forth
Built the interface in Figma with clean, step-by-step flows
