British Grant provides energy-efficient heating solutions to homeowners and tenants across the UK, backed by years of experience and a focus on sustainability. The goal was to build a digital experience that clearly explains services, guides users to eligibility, and earns trust instantly.
The new design made a huge difference
Our visitors now understand what we offer, and applications have increased. It feels clear, helpful, and aligned with our mission.

Challenge
Too many people didn’t know they qualified — or didn’t understand the next step. The brand needed a platform that simplified government schemes without losing credibility.
Users struggled to understand the grant process
Lack of trust due to generic design and unclear messaging
No strong call-to-action guiding visitors forward
